I rarely do reviews, but I had a wonderful experience with Michael from Fantastic Frank. I was a first time house seller in Dubai. He took extra time and got a professional photographer to take pictures and made a stunning property portrait out of it that made me think - wow is that really my house, why would I even want to sell 🙂 But it worked and he sold it, even higher than the listed price, and he managed the whole process personally. So, if you need someone capable and trustworthy and very, very different from the typical Dubai real estate agent, I can warmly recommend him and his team.

An excellent agent, always on time, polite, well-mannered, responsible for his words. He never refuses coffee)) is a reliable person. This is the first agent in a long time who has handled the issue of selling our property efficiently. On his own initiative, he actively advertised the property. During the sale, we probably had 40-50 viewings of apartments and 4-5 offers from buyers. Michael also brought in a photographer to ensure the subject stood out from the rest.

We purchased our villa in November 2023 through Michael, and we are glad that our commission went his way. He is one of the best agents we have dealt with in my time (10 years) in Dubai - knows his stuff (and will go knee deep to find out if he doesn’t), earnest and very helpful to both seller and buyer. If we sell our villa in future, we definitely want to deal with him. I have no qualms in recommending him to anyone I know.
