Why Agent Frank exists
Agent Frank exists because Michael got tired of watching good houses photographed badly.
He arrived in Dubai from Denmark in 2012 with a law degree, an economics degree and no intention of becoming an estate agent. What he found was a market that transacted brilliantly and presented appallingly—architecturally interesting homes reduced to eleven wide-angle photographs and a bullet list, sold by whoever answered the phone first.
Scandinavia had solved this. Not through better properties, but through the assumption that a home is worth photographing the way an interiors magazine would photograph it, and worth describing in sentences someone would actually read.
The Scandinavian part is not a style choice. It is where he is from, and it is how the business is run.
