You receive the written appraisal within three working days: the comparable transactions with the adjustments shown, what is listed against you now, and a range rather than a single number.
What it does not include
No listing agreement in the meeting. No forty-eight-hour offer. No follow-up sequence. If you take our comparables and go elsewhere with them, that is a normal outcome and we will still answer the phone next year.
