Tax, legal and immigration questions go to qualified independent advisers. We introduce you to them and we do not answer in their place, including on Danish tax.
The order things happen in
Residency route decided. Emirates ID. Bank account. Then property.
We write the sequence down and share it. Out of order it stalls, because the purchase ends up waiting on a bank account nobody has opened yet.
Selling a Dubai home from Denmark
The connection runs both ways. An owner living in Denmark can sell a Dubai property without flying in.
It needs a power of attorney and a signing plan that works across two time zones. Arranged at the start it is routine; arranged halfway through it is what delays the transfer.
Who advises on what
Visa, immigration, legal, company formation and mortgage matters are handled by appropriately qualified third-party specialists. Final scope and provider terms are agreed separately.

Yes. The founder is Danish and works in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, English, Spanish and German. The website is in English only.
Do you advise on Danish tax?
No. Danish tax, residency and immigration questions go to qualified independent advisers, and we will introduce you to one. Appoint them before you buy rather than after.
Can you sell my Dubai property while I live in Denmark?
