01 / Off-plan in Dubai Creek Harbour
Dubai Creek Harbour is the largest thing Emaar is building and it will take another decade to finish. That is the first thing to understand about buying off-plan here: you are buying a view and a payment plan into a district that is still going up around you, and the parcel your tower sits on decides how much of that decade you spend living on a building site.

The completed parcels are Creek Beach and Creek Island. The towers behind them are handing over in sequence, and each new phase changes what the one in front of it looks at. We keep the handover dates and the parcel map on the page for that reason, and we say which balconies will still have an open outlook in 2030.
The case for the district is the creek itself, the marina, and a metro connection that is committed rather than proposed. The case against is supply: there is a great deal of it, and the resale market here is competing with the developer for the same buyer.
Every project on this page carries its developer, its handover quarter, its payment plan and its unit mix, taken from the launch documents rather than from a brochure headline. Where a plan is 80/20 on handover we say so, because that is the number that decides whether the purchase works.
If you want the district but not the wait, tell us and we will show you what is finished. The resale market on Creek Beach is a different conversation and often a better one.
Tell us what you are looking for and we will send what fits, including the homes that never reach a portal.
