Tell us what you are looking for. When Agent Frank finds a property matching your preferences, listed publicly, held off-market or available through our network, we will contact you.
Your brief sits with the people who take instructions and who see what is coming before it is advertised, so a match is recognised by a person rather than by a saved search running overnight.
What does not arrive
No endless property alerts. No daily digest, no price-drop bait and no third-party offers. Just relevant opportunities selected with your requirements in mind.
Some months that means you hear nothing from us, because nothing fitted. That is the trade, and we would rather make it than pad your inbox.

When the Buyer List is the wrong service
The Buyer List is passive. We contact you when something already in front of us fits your brief. We do not go out and look on your behalf, and we do not chase the rest of the market for you.
If you are buying to a deadline, or you want somebody assessing buildings, arranging the viewings and negotiating for you, the Buyer List will move too slowly. Buyer advisory is the paid service that does that work, and it is described at /services/buy-with-frank. Say so at the first conversation and we will point you at the right one.
Joining the list
How often will I hear from you?
Only when something fits your brief. There is no scheduled alert and no weekly summary, so it may be twice in a month and then nothing until the spring.
Does it cost anything?
No. Registering is free and carries no obligation. Any fee on an actual transaction is agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
Can I change what I am looking for later?
Yes, as often as you like. Write to dubai@agentfrank.ae and we will update the brief, or take you off the list entirely if you would rather.
Does joining subscribe me to the newsletter?
No. The newsletter is a separate, optional consent with its own box on the form. Leave it unticked and the only thing you will hear about is property matching your brief.
