DAMAC has delivered tens of thousands of units across Dubai, from Business Bay towers to the DAMAC Hills and DAMAC Lagoons masterplans out along Hessa Street. It is also the developer that pioneered fashion-house branding in Dubai residential—Versace, Fendi, Cavalli, de GRISOGONO, Trump-branded golf.
Its commercial machine is genuinely formidable. DAMAC Islands reportedly sold around AED 10bn worth of inventory inside a day at launch. That speed is a real advantage if you are buying at launch and a real risk if you are buying resale into a market the developer is still supplying.
The product is loud by design. Marble, gold, statement lobbies, themed communities. It is not a Scandinavian aesthetic and we do not pretend otherwise; it is, however, competently built and consistently delivered.
