03 / Overview
ORLA Infinity is the second building of the ORLA scheme on the Palm’s west crescent, and it is composed almost entirely of duplex and full-floor residences. Very few units, very large, very expensive.
The architecture is the reason people buy. Curved glazing, double-height living volumes on the duplexes, and a west elevation that takes the whole sunset. The interiors are delivered finished rather than shell.
The hotel-brand service layer is the operational difference: this is run like a residence attached to a hotel, with the staffing and the cost that implies. At AED 72m entry, this is the smallest buyer pool of anything on this list. That is exactly what its buyers are paying for.

10 / Questions
ORLA is apartments from about AED 24m with a Q3 2027 delivery; Infinity is duplexes and full floors from about AED 72m with a Q4 2026 delivery. Different products in the same scheme.
Materially, no. The residences are delivered to the designers’ specification. Minor variation is possible before fit-out begins.
A small international pool, largely European and Gulf, buying a primary or second home rather than an investment. Rental evidence at this level barely exists.
A supervised handover with a snagging period and a defect liability window. Use an independent snagging firm anyway; we arrange it.
Named specifically, because “sports facilities” tells a reader nothing about whether they would use them.

14 / The area
The address everyone has already seen, and the hardest one to buy well. Fronds, trunk and crescent behave like three separate markets, and orientation matters more than postcode.
