About Palm Jebel Ali—The Beach Collection
The Beach Collection is the current release on Palm Jebel Ali and it is a 2030 proposition sold in 2026. Villas are five and six bedrooms, roughly 7,500 to 8,500 sq ft, on wide beachfront plots, with façades designed by NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design and LOCI rather than in-house.
The plots are the asset. Palm Jebel Ali has roughly double the shoreline of the original Palm, and the frond villas here are wider and set further apart than their Palm Jumeirah equivalents.
Everything else is a promise. Retail, schools, clinics and the beach clubs are on the masterplan and not on the ground. Handover is January 2030, and the payment plan runs until October 2029. We say this to every client: it is a ten-year hold with no income for the first four years.

Asked and answered
Should the developer’s track record worry me?
It should inform you. Palm Jumeirah was delivered and is now one of the most valuable addresses on earth. The World and the first Palm Jebel Ali both stalled after 2008. Since 2023 the reclamation, spine roads and frond infrastructure have been delivered on schedule. Read the delay and compensation clauses regardless.
What happens if I cannot meet an instalment?
The sale agreement sets out a cure period and then a termination-and-forfeiture schedule under the regulator’s rules, which are tiered by construction progress. Know the tier you would be in before you need to.
Can I resell before handover?
Yes, by assignment, once the minimum paid threshold is met. Expect the resale market to be thin until infrastructure is visible.
Is Frond F different?
Yes. Forty-four beachfront villas were released there with handover from 2026 to 2027—an earlier phase with a much shorter horizon and its own resale market.
What is actually on the amenity deck
Named specifically, because “sports facilities” tells a reader nothing about whether they would use them.
